Qualifying Round 1 July - 15 September 2011
Applicants should submit links to two You Tube videos of two performances.
Announcement of Finalists 21 September 2011
The Jury will select 3 finalists, who will travel to Glasgow to compete in the Final Round. The travel and accommodation costs of each finalist will be covered by the Competition.
The Final Round Friday 6 November 2011
The finalists will travel to Glasgow (travel and accommodation costs paid by the competition) to perform in front of a live audience at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow. During this round finalists must;
- Perform and open choice programme of no less than 25 or more than 30 minutes
- The Scottish work Partita a quattro by Rory Boyle must be included in each finalists programme. Click here for an excerpt of the score. Full scores will be provided by the Royal Conservatoire on 21 September 2011.

The competition entry fee is £40 (GBP) paid via the BGW website.
